A Message from the CEO

The year 2024 reinforced the integration of sustainability into our operations. On this journey, we have aligned our priorities with the Sustainable Development Goals from the United Nations, expanding the scope of our initiatives and consolidating the positive impact on our operations, our business, and our involvement in the community.

Materiality

The integration of ESG issues into the Bank’s strategy took a participatory and transparent approach based on four stages.

There is a correlation between the material themes and various SDGs. However, the Stakeholder consultation process enabled five priority SGDs to be identified.
